After being
picked up from your accommodation in Paris, you will be
accompanied by our driver guide for a long afternoon to
discover the colourful vineyards of the most noble of
wines.
You will
start by visiting the cellars of one of the most famous
vineyards : Moët & Chandon. Then we will be driving
through the vineyards and make a stop in the village of
Hautvilliers. We will also be paying a tribute to Dom
Perignon, who is often attributed with the invention of
Champagne, and is buried there.
From Clients' Feedback
"I
would like to thank Francis Torres for a WONDERFUL tour
through the champagne countryside last week. Francis gave my
husband and I a wealth of information about the area, the
historic sites (especially Reims Cathedral) and the making of
champagne.
I
appreciated his depth of knowledge about French history and
the whole day was breathtaking. My compliments to Francis
and to your tour group for teaching us about this beautiful
part of the country. P.S.
Please
tell Francis that the pictures we took of the Fall leaves
don't do justice to the breathtaking sight, however, we will
send him copies as soon as possible. Thank you VERY MUCH"-
MaryBeth.
